Desire2Learn Self-Paced Training
We are delighted to communicate that training for Desire2Learn is available in the form of self-paced modules. Interested faculty members need to sign up for the training via PASSHE’s Portal. You need to use your email address and LHU domain password to login to this site.
A form to sign up for the self-paced training is located on the training area of the eLearning Transition site https://secure.passhe.edu/asa/elt/Pages/Training.aspx. Users will be asked to select their university, course type (defaulted to Faculty Course), first name, last name, and email address. Within a 24-hour period the registrant will receive an automated email from D2L with the details (link, login information, etc) to access the course.
Student Information Sessions on Desire2Learn: April 20th PUB 2 9 and 11 am
The Office of Academic Technology invite students to attend the information sessions on the University’s new platform of online courses, Desire2Learn (D2L). The two sessions are scheduled for April 20th in PUB Meeting Room 2 at 9:00 am and at 11:00 am. Please be aware that students might be taking classes in two platforms in the Fall 2010 semester, eCollege and the new one D2L. We encourage students to attend these important sessions which will provide valuable information on these changes.
Student Information Sessions
The Office of Academic Technology will hold two information sessions on the University's new platform of online courses, Desire2Learn (D2L). These sessions will include an overview of Desire2Learn features and functionality. The sessions are scheduled for April 7th in the PUB Meeting Room 2 at 10:00 a.m. and at 2:00 p.m.
An information session for Clearfield students will be held on April 12 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in room A123.
